Dhaka University honours 1st year admission's online application will be started from 11 November, 2026. The admission test will be begun from November 25, 2026. The admission will be taken under 5 units which are 1. Science unit, 2. Arts, law and social science unit, 3. Business studies unit and 4. Fine arts unit 5. IBA unit.
Circular 2026-2027: Online application submitting started from 11 November and it will be ended on 25 November 2026 for the five reformed units.
DU has taken a decision in a general meeting on last month about the honours admission circular for this session and exam will be started from December 05 by IBA unit.
(Admission Test 2026-2027:
The Admission Test 2026-2027 dates has been declared in a dean committee meeting of the university. Admission test will be held by five unites:-
1. Science Unit
2. Arts, law and social science unit
3. Business studies unit
4. Fine arts Unit
5. IBA Unit
Students can download admit card after ending the application submission.
Date of admission test of Dhaka University are- IBA unit- December 05,2026, Science unit- December 12, 2026, Arts, law and social science unit- December 19, 2026, fine arts unit- December 22, 2026 and Business studies Unit- December 26, 2026. Admission test starting time at 11:00am to 12:30am for the four units But IBA unit Admission test starting time at 10:00am to 12:00am.
Candidates never use calculator in the exam hall. And they never carry mobile phone and calculator.

Admission test question:
Total marks: 120 (where 100marks for admission test and 20 marks on SSC and HSC exam result)
Admission test will be taken in MCQ and written both system. MCQ marks is 60 and exam time 45 minutes and written marks is 40 and time 45 minutes for Ka, Kha, Ga and Gha units.
But MCQ mark is 40, exam time 30 minutes and written mark is 60, exam time 60 minutes.
