Dhaka University honours 1st year admission's online application started from November 4, 2024 as admission circular published. The admission test will be begun from January 4, 2025. The admission will be taken under 4 units which are 1. Science unit, 2. Arts, law and social science unit, 3. Business studies unit and 4. Fine arts unit.
Circular 2024: Online application submitting started from 18 December and it will be ended on 05 January 2024 for four reformed units.
DU has taken a decision in a general meeting on last month about the honours admission circular for this session and exam will be started from January 25 by Arts, Law and Social Science unit.
Admission Test 2023-2024:
The Admission Test 2024-2025 dates has been declared in a dean committee meeting of the university. Admission test will be held by four unites:-
1. Science Unit
2. Arts, law and social science unit
3. Business studies unit
4. Fine arts Unit
Students can download admit card after ending the application submission.
Date of admission test of Dhaka University are- Arts, law and social science unit- January 25, 2025, Business studies Unit- February 8, 2024, Science unit- February 1 2025 and fine arts unit- January 4, 2024. Admission test starting time at 11:00am to 12:30am for all units.
Candidates never use calculator in the exam hall. And they never carry mobile phone and calculator.

Admission test question:
Total marks: 120 (where 100marks for admission test and 20 marks on SSC and HSC exam result)
Admission test will be taken in MCQ and written both system. MCQ marks is 60 and exam time 45 minutes and written marks is 40 and time 45 minutes for Ka, Kha, Ga and Gha units.
But MCQ mark is 40, exam time 30 minutes and written mark is 60, exam time 60 minutes.
