Dhaka University Admission Test 2025 Admit Card, Seat Plan & Schedule

Dhaka University (DU) honours first year admission test for "Business studies" unit will be held on 08 February 2025. Admit card has been issued to download and the seat plan is available just before 72 hours of each exam. The admission tests are taken respectively "IBA" unit on 03 January, "Fine Arts" unit on 04 January,  "Arts, Law and Social Science" unit on 25 January, "Science" unit on 01 February and "Business Studies" unit on 08 February 2025.

The university already has taken Science, Fine arts, IBA, Arts, Law and Social Science unit admission test.

The admission test seat plan is available from 01 January for IBA unit, next day for Fine Arts and just from two days before of exam for all other units.

Dhaka University Honors 1st Year Admission Test 2024-2025 application submission has been completed on 25 November 2024. DU 1st year honors admission test 2024-2025 has been started by "IBA" Unit. 

In this year, 19 general, science and technology university has formed a GST cluster to take cluster admission test. You can also see GST cluster admission admit card, seat plan schedule  from here.

Seat plan: Dhaka University admission test seat plan for all units are being published gradually. Generally, DU publishes seat plan just before two days of each admission test.

Also students can get their seat plan by mobile phone sending an SMS to 16321 explained on admit card.

If you want to get your seat plan by mobile, type DU <space> Unit Name <space> Roll No and send it to 16321 from GP, Banglalink, Robi, Airtel and Teletalk.

DU is going to publish "Ka", "Kha", "Ga" and "Cha" (wait for update) unit admission test result gradually after completing admission test.

Written Examination Schedule: 

In this year total 45 candidates will fight for each seat.

Dhaka University administration informs that total 2,79,002 more candidates has applied to attend to the admission test where 1,22,080 students applied in "Ka" unit where available seat 1,851. Alike, 1,12,225 students applied for 2,934 seat under "Kha" unit, 37,660 students applied for 1050 seats under "Ga" unit and 7,037 competitor for 130 seat under "Cha" unit.

In this year admission test will be taken by 120 number where 75 number for MCQ test and 45 number for written exam.

When seatplan will be available in DU website and you can get it login with necessary information. Candidates will get an SMS with details seat plan in their provided contact number.

Generally, Dhaka university publishes seat plan in two days before of the admission test.

How to go to exam venue: Bus, mini bus, CNG auto rikshaw, Uber, Pathao can be used to go to the Dhaka University area and then just get in.

About 1,00,000 students and guardians come to the Dhaka University campus in that day. It so crowdy. You should know that rikshaw or other vehicles are not allowed in the Dhaka University campus in the day of admission test. So you you have to walk.

How to find out Exam hall in Dhaka: Just come earlier in the campus and walk to exam hall. Requirement direction, banner, bill board with seat plan is given around the campus. Don't worry, You will get huge volunteer in the campus who will help you to find out your exam center.

Exam Center Out of DU Campus: If your admission test center placed out of Dhaka University campus it has a positive side. You can go harassment free with any vehicles. In that case your exam center could be placed at any renowned school-college of Azimpur-New Market area, Dhanmondi, Paltan, Bakshi Bazar or can be some other place.

Regional Exam Center out of the Dhaka City:

DU admission test is taken in the regional exam center which are placed at public university campus in the eight divisional city and could be at the renowned school and college in the city.

The applicants had choosed exam center when they submitted online application. The students will attend to the exam in the exam center of selected city.
