The Gregorian calendar is a solar calendar and the Islamic calendar is a lunar calendar, Ramadan is always on the same day of the Islamic calendar, however, the date on the Gregorian calendar is varies from year to year, also the day of Ramadan may vary from country to country depending on whether the moon has been sighted or not. Islamic Foundation's Instruction for Tarawih (Taraweeh) Salat:

Islamic Foundation of Bangladesh has requested to the authority of all the mosque in Bangladesh to take Taraweeh Salat in same rules. Some mosque in the country read the part of the holy Quran without following any guideline. Different mosque read different part of Quran in same day. As a result traveller can't complete reading entire Quran when they take tarabi in different mosque and they deprived of blessing of Allah.

So Islamic Foundation Bangladesh has requested to read equally first 9 para of Quran in the first 6 days where 1.5 para of a day. Rest of the 21 para of Quran will have to be read in the next 21 days. That means each para of Quran for each days. Reading of the entire holy Quran will be completed on 27th tarawih.

If all the mosque follow this rules traveller will not miss any part of Quran reading and will no be deprived of it's blessing of Allah.
