BUET has started to take onlie application from 01 March 2023 from the eligble interested students for undergraduate admission of 2022-2023 session. BUET will take a preliminary test in 20 May and will prepare a preliminary merit list then they will be eligible to attend to final admission test. VC of BUET declare in a UGC arranged meeting that they can't go under cluster admission for their internal reason. So it will take the admission like previous years.

Admission 2023: BUET honours 1st year preliminary admission test for session 2022-23 will be held on May 20, 2023. And the final admission test from pre-selected candidates will be taken on June 10, 2023.

Admission application are invited for Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) on 2022-2023 academic session (level 1, term 1). Online application submission has been started from 01 March and will be ended on March 12, 2023.
Last date of submission application fee is March 13, 2023 at 03:00pm. BUET admission fee taka 1,000/- for Ka unit and 1,200/- for Kha unit.
Applicants have to pay application fee in two stages. When you submit application you have to pay 400 taka and after publishing the eligible list they must pay admission test fee 600 taka for Ka unit and 800 taka Kha unit.
Admission fee must be submit from SureCash/Rocket/bKash mobile bank.

Eligible candidates list will be published on March 29, 2023. Preliminary dmission test result will be published on May 27, 2023.
Eligibility:
SSC or Equivalent: SSC / Dakhil / SSC Vocational in 2019/2020 and minimum GPA 4:00 out of 5:00.
HSC or Equivalent: HSC / Alim / Equivalent exam in 2021/2022 and minimum GPA 4:00 out of 5:00 with some other conditions. Please read admission circular attachment below.
