Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission BJSC has published 17th Assistant Judge recruitment circular 2024 and invited application to join as Assistant Judge for the 100 more posts. Candidate's age limit up to 32 years by 01 January 2024 is acceptable.

 

 

According to the circular the assistant judge will be selected by preliminary exam (MCQ), written exam and viva voce. 

BJSC has announced the application timeline, the online application has been begun from 03 March and the last date of application submits is 31 March 2024.

Application fees 1200 taka and can be paid through the teletalk prepaid connection.

 

Candidates must have to submit online application (BJSC Form-1) in online. After the preliminary examination successfully passed candidates have to fill up BJSC Form-2 in A4 size paper including requirement document following the provided direction in the circular.

 

 

 

Qualifications: Only 4 years duration LLB or LLM degree holders are able to apply to join this posts. Bangladeshi nationality and physical ability also the part of it's qualification.

Preliminary Admission Test: 1st time BJSC will take 100 marks MCQ preliminary test and one mark for each question. 0.25 number will be deducted for each wrong answer. The preliminary MCQ test can be held in May 2024. The candidates can download their admit card from 04 April 2024.

Written Admission Test: Selected candidates from the preliminary exam will attend to the written exam. The written test will be taken by 1,000 marks and 50% marks is pass mark. But if the candidates get less than 30 marks in any subjects they will be counted as failed.

Viva Voce Exam: The successfully passed candidates from the written will attend to viva voce where exam mark is 100 and 50 is the pass mark.
